Nothing matchy, nothing too precious — pieces found at fairs, antiques markets and in unexpected places, each one chosen because she loved it. Sudbury Yellow in the living room, Pink Ground in the bedroom with a punchy Pierre Frey headboard. The kitchen stripped back and retiled in metro tiles to bounce light, then softened with open shelving, counter curtains and terracotta floors — taking inspiration from the great country house kitchens she has always admired.
More than any other project, this one was pure Kate — a home built around the things she loved and the memories attached to them. There were no rules. If she loved it, she found a space for it. And the result was exactly what a home should feel like — full of personality, collected over time and completely reflective of the person who lived there. She's since moved on to her next project.
